The production of the hard metal is carried out by powder metallurgy processes.
\nIt starts with the accurate mixing of the WC and Co powders with the addition of a lubricating component (usually paraffin) to promote the uniformity of pressing or extrusion. To allow processing of the extruded or pressed components, these are subjected to a presintering process which determines a consistency similar to that of the chalk used to write on the blackboard. Through the final sintering, the transformation in the desired product is carried out.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
