General Terms and Conditions for cutting tools<\/b><\/h3>\n

1. Validity<\/b>
\nAll processed orders are valid exclusively under the following sale conditions. Exceptions or changes to the general sale conditions, in particular specific conditions requested by customers, are valid only if agreed in writing.
\nThese conditions of sale are binding for both parties for all orders accepted by Tusa Precision Tools SA.<\/p>\n

2. Prices<\/b>
\nUnless previously agreed, all prices are excluding packaging, VAT, transport, and customs clearance costs; each shipment will be arranged ex-works (according to Incoterms 2020).<\/p>\n

3. Terms of delivery<\/b>
\nIn the absence of a written agreement, the delivery time communicated by Tusa Precision Tools SA is the only one to be valid.
\nAny delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to cancel the order or to ask for a refund.<\/p>\n

4. Trasport<\/b>
\nEx-works, packaging not included.<\/p>\n

5. Tolerance on quantities<\/b>
\nTo produce special tools, the quantity supplied can vary as follows:
\n\u2022 +\/- 2 pcs. for orders up to 20 pieces.
\n\u2022 +\/- 3 pcs. for orders from 21 up to 39 pieces.
\n\u2022 up to 10% for orders over 40 pieces.
\nBilling is based on the actual quantity delivered and, on the unit price established at the time of the order confirmation.<\/p>\n

6. Complaints<\/b>
\nAny complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 days from the delivery date of the goods.
\nDefective tools will be replaced or refunded at the manufacturer\u2019s discretion.
\nAny contractual and non-contractual liability of Tusa Precision Tools SA is excluded.<\/p>\n

7. Payment<\/b>
\nUnless otherwise agreed, the payment is at 30 days net.<\/p>\n

8. Industrial and intellectual property<\/b>
\nTusa Precision Tools SA is the exclusive owner of its tools and related projects and drawings.
\nThe payment of the sale price does not imply the transfer of industrial and intellectual property to the buyer.<\/p>\n

9. Changes<\/b>
\nSpecial tools are produced according to the latest drawing provided.
\nAny changes must be communicated promptly in writing.
\nThe requested changes could lead to additional costs.<\/p>\n

10. Applicable law<\/b>
\nOnly the Swiss legislation is applicable.
\nThe place of jurisdiction is exclusively that of Tusa Precision Tools SA, located in Lugano.<\/p>\n
