Puisque le Cobalt est l\u2019agr\u00e9gant utilis\u00e9 pour la production du m\u00e9tal dur, sa dissipation d\u00e9termine une r\u00e9duction du lien (donc l\u2019adh\u00e9rence) entre les Carbures (Carbures de Tungst\u00e8ne et Carbures mixtes) et le rev\u00eatement (PVD) avec des gros probl\u00e8mes d\u2019usure pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e. L\u2019EXD-Linescan (sur la droite) montre comme l\u2019appauvrissement du Cobalt sur la couche en surface du Carbure de Tungst\u00e8ne nuit \u00e0 l\u2019adh\u00e9rence entre le corps en m\u00e9tal dur et le rev\u00eatement de surface de l\u2019outil.
