4. HOW LONG WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed both electronically and on paper, solely for the purposes stated and for no longer than is necessary to achieve them. The Controller has put in place all the security measures needed to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorised access.

Data on visits to the Website will not be kept for more than thirty days, unless it is needed to establish liability in the event of any cybercrime against the Controller.

Data relating to submitted requests that contain personal data is deleted six months after we receive it.

For any other personal data, where the retention period cannot be set precisely, the Controller undertakes to handle it according to the principles of adequacy, relevance and data minimisation required by the European Regulation and Swiss law, and to keep reviewing whether it still needs to be retained.

Once the purposes for which it was collected and processed have been met, the data is therefore removed from our systems or made fully anonymous.

5. WHO WE MAY SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

To pursue the purposes set out above, the Company may need to share your personal data with the following categories of recipient:

• our own employees, duly authorised and appointed as System Administrators by the Controller under the European Regulation and Swiss law;
