Regrinding
We regrind our own tools to exacting standards of precision and quality, using cutting-edge technology, CNC machinery and dedicated grinding wheels.
This lets us guarantee that every tool we regrind performs and holds its geometry just like a new one.
When tools arrive at our facility, each one is carefully inspected to assess its level of wear.
Tools with irreparable damage — chipped cutting edges or excessive wear — are not reground.
Only those found suitable are reground and, where necessary, re-coated with the original coating to fully restore their performance.
At the end of the process, every tool goes through a further quality check to confirm it fully meets the required technical and functional standards.
