Radius twist endmill , 3-4 cutting flutes
The three and four cutting flutes endmills of the MS 131 and MS 141 family are made of a helix with flat front in three different types of lengths. Starting from diameter 2 mm up to 10 mm diameter available from stock, on request they are produced with the same features up to 20 mm diameter.
All spiral drills have a 30 ° spiral and the particularity of the cut in the center, so they can be used for flat milling as well as for plunge milling. The MS 131 and MS 141 drills correspond to the DIN 6528 standard. These are also produced with the XL and XLS variants, which have longer cutting lengths in order to perform deeper and wider machining operations.
The drills are supplied in solid carbide with a specific micro-grain for milling. The cutting geometries and the finishing of the cutting edges are carried out with the utmost care, so as to guarantee an impeccable quality of the machined part.
